1. Delivery Timeline

Orders are generally delivered within 7–10 working days from the date of dispatch.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, in rare cases there may be delays due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, logistical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We kindly request our customers to allow a little extra time in such situations. Our team will always do its best to assist you if there is an unusual delay with your order.

Please make sure that the shipping address and phone number provided at the time of placing the order are correct and complete.
